Built by a veteran-owned software firm in Appleton, Wisconsin

FullVue comes from Foundational Technologies — a small, veteran-owned custom-software firm that has been building systems for working businesses for years. We're not a startup chasing a category. We're the people who wrote the code, and we answer our own email.

Who builds FullVue

FullVue is built by Foundational Technologies, a veteran-owned custom-software firm in Appleton, Wisconsin. We've spent years building software for working businesses — inventory systems, operations tools, the unglamorous plumbing that keeps real companies running. FullVue is what happens when that work gets distilled into one product: shop software for businesses that quote jobs, track time and materials, buy parts, and invoice the actuals.

The custom-development side of the business is still going strong at foundtechsolutions.com. That matters more than it sounds: FullVue isn't a venture bet that has to grow fast or die. It sits alongside a working software business, which means we can afford to be patient — and to keep our word.

Why small is the feature

When you email FullVue, it's answered by the people who built it — replies within one business day. No tier-one script, no ticket queue, no "escalation path." The person reading your message can open the code.

We won't pretend to be bigger than we are. There's no call center and no army of account managers — there's a small team in Wisconsin that knows every screen in the product because we wrote them. Feature requests go straight to the people who can build them, with no product committee in between.

Three years of daily use

Our first customer is a 27-person manufacturer that builds CNC plasma cutting tables. They've run their daily operations on FullVue since 2023 — quoting, jobs, shop-floor time, purchasing, and invoicing. Not a pilot, not a logo on a slide: three years of real orders, real timecards, real month-ends.

We'll introduce them properly once their case study is approved. Until then, the short version: a manufacturer that builds machines for other shops has trusted FullVue with its daily operations for three years, and they're still on it.

Your data is yours

Here's the commitment, in plain words: your data is yours. Want an export? Ask, and you get it — customers, jobs, invoices, inventory, time records. No hostage games at renewal, no "talk to our retention team first." If you ever leave, you take everything with you. We'd rather earn the renewal than lock the door.

We also know the honest objection to a small vendor: what happens if you disappear? Fair question — and the first part of the answer is above. Your data leaves with you, any time you ask. Nothing about it depends on us being in the room.

How we run the business

A few standing rules, so you know what you're signing up for:

  • Prices are posted. Base prices for every bundle are on the pricing page — no "request a quote" wall.
  • If it's on the site, it's in the product. We don't market features until they ship.
  • Support is answered by the people who built it — replies within one business day.
  • Veteran-owned and Wisconsin-built. We'll still say it this plainly when we're bigger.

See it with your own workflow

Tell us how you quote, run work, and bill today — we'll walk the same loop through FullVue and you can judge the fit yourself.
